Because Lisa was on top of everything, we did not worry once on the day of our civil union. She listens to your civil union vision and also provides incredibly useful advice and guidance. She pays attention to every single detail. The weather was unpredictable on our civil union day, and she kept us calm and optimistic while also helping us figure out Plan B. Luckily, it was a lovely sunny day at the Hamilton Gardens in Hamilton, New Zealand. She made our day magical like a fairy tale come true! Thank you so much for making this happen! Your idea of a sand ceremony was so perfect and unique, which we then wanted it to be a salt ceremony, you made every effort to accommodate and found such beautiful words to suit. It was so very personal as we were making salt of our own. Many of our guests were so surprised and thought it was such a beautiful idea, we now have something we can hold on to for the rest of marriage. There wasn’t a dry eye in the chapel after your beautiful words about my Mother. The way you were able to include her and honour her memory without taking away the happiness of the day. She was such a huge part of my life and your words were beyond perfect, thank you for including her in a way that was both subtle and heartfelt. All of the content in our ceremony was so us and you brought everything all together beautifully. You are an absolute talent, we loved having you as our celebrant, again thank you for being our celebrant, it would not have been the same without you.
