I will supply the scenery, legal ties and a cosy place for your guests.

How to book
You can choose a one-hour appointment time for your ceremony and pictures, with an extra half hour pre-arrival time for your guests.
The first appointment time is 11 am.
The last appointment time is at 6 pm.
Monday – Sunday (if not already booked).
Limited time – offer ends 31st August 2025.
From 5.30 pm, it is dark, and the lights look fabulous on our faux fireplace for your outdoor ceremony.
The “Winter Silver Wedding Ceremony” Package includes:
- One in-person meeting at my home to view the ceremony space and meet me.
- Email, phone, & and video call contact for planning.
- Advice on how to apply online with DIA for your legal ceremony paperwork.
- A pre templated ceremony is shared with you which you can edit if needed.
- The use of my ceremony PA system to play any songs or background music you would like.
- You will need to provide me with what songs you require if you want me to play these songs.
- My home, located in Chartwell Hamilton, for the ceremony venue (maximum 20 people).
- My celebrant services include legally marrying you on the day, and ensuring the ceremony paperwork is sent to DIA for registration.
Not included in our Winter Silver package:
- Fully personalised written ceremony.
- A rehearsal.
- No food or beverages are permitted during the ceremony, as I am not a “venue” that can provide these services.
- Access beyond my ceremony spaces (lounge, deck, kitchen) is restricted as this is also our personal home.
- Further in person meetings.
Extra costs
DIA paperwork and courier services
Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) is also known as Births, Deaths & Marriages. To be legally married you must apply online for your personalised wedding legal paperwork from Internal Affairs:
The Internal Affairs fees to be paid via online application:
$ 150 *DIA Govt ceremony paperwork (emailed to your celebrant)
$ 33 *DIA Govt Wedding Certificate (Standard post included)
$ 5 *DIA Govt Courier (if needed for delivery of your Certificate)
This ceremony paperwork expires 3 months after issued by Internal Affairs. Note that my fee is $400, this does not include the cost of the legal Internal Affairs paperwork.
